I will take a minute to introduce myself and explain my coaching philosophy.
I am a driven and accomplished coach with a proven track record helping the girls elevate and perform at their highest potential. Many years of coaching girls at the competitive level.
I am eager and looking forward to the opportunity to coach in my local hometown with West Oxford Inferno.
This organization provides a competitive edge and a bright future for development of girls that are looking to elevate their game. As an active devoted goalie I bring passion, understanding of systems and fundamental hockey knowledge while also focusing on individual tactile skills. Dedicated to creating a completive team environment with a community feel.
My Philosophy:
I strive to physically and mentally develop self-confident athletic leaders both on and off the ice.
In addition to hockey skill development, I believe strongly in and focus on the following:
-Creating a safe, positive environment for the players to learn and develop -Developing each player equally to be able to perform at the competitive level -Building each players self-confidence to enable them to perform to the best of their abilities.
